To play the course, requires purchasing a home or a lot in the exclusive Kukuiula development. The completed house and lot packages are priced in the 2 million range and if you wish to build your own home, lots start at approximately 1 million. Wait, you are almost ready to tee up. The final step is to purchase a golf membership at 75 thousand dollars and there will be monthly fees.

There are golf alternatives here in Poipu. The Kiahuna golf course has a stunning course with vistas of Mt. Haupu, also known as Black Mountain. Challenging narrow fairways that are well maintained and fast greens. Another great alternative is the Poipu Bay Golf course located adjacent to the Grand Hyatt.
