It has been a long time coming but finally Alaska Airlines has announced a special directly to Kauai Hawaii from the San Francisco Bay area. We have been watching for the past three months while travel deals have been announced for all the other islands except Kauai. We were beginning to feel a bit slighted, wondering if the airlines didn't need to offer an incentive to see the most beautiful island in the Hawaiian chain.
